Training Program

At Airpharm we have an ongoing training program for our teams that enables their professional growth and promotes excellence in our organization. The aims of this program are as follows:

Qualification and requalification of all Airpharm professionals according to their training needs.

Linking professional qualifications in strategic sectors by establishing alliances and leading initiatives that promote knowledge transfer.

Promoting growth and adaptation to the current challenges of the logistics sector through the acquisition and updating of training skills.

This program has been funded by the European Union-NextGenerationEU and the Community of Madrid for the development of training actions for the qualification and requalification of the active population, linked primarily to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, aimed at companies, business groups, business groups and non-profit organizations, called in 2022, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
